Join a gym read a book
Don't eat fast food, learn to cook
And plan your meals in advance
You better exercise, have sex or dance
You gotta walk a little faster than that
If you want to get rid of this thing called fat.

Hell, son, I ain't fat, but I've got a little tiny bit of a gut, and you know what? It doesn't bother me a damn bit. I love others more than myself.
