From this intelligent force comes all wisdom and knowledge and I attribute to It the content of these pages. It has the power to create life and heal all injuries. It can mend a broken bone and create another living human being. It is constantly communicating with and controlling the many different organs of the body via complex chemical reactions and subtle electrical impulses sent across vast distances. It does all this while simultaneously tracking the movement and position of distant planets and stars without the need for direction from you or even your awareness that it exists.

Thankfully should you decide to, you can begin to harness the power of this force and in doing so transform your life. When you take the steps to begin aligning yourself with this force you subsequently create the conditions for an immense physical transformation at all levels of your body. On the surface fat is lost and muscle is gained at deeper levels pain departs and disease is displaced by an incredible level of health and vitality. At even deeper levels a transformation begins to take place that allows an evolutionary energy to become awakened. The process of beginning to align your self with the power of this force and enjoying the benefits derived there from is the subject of the Magnetic Diet.
